Plain-language terms for venue owners using CourtNest.

1. The service

CourtNest provides your venue with an online booking site and an admin for managing bookings, payments records and open plays.

2. Free trial

New venues get a 7-day free trial, starting the day your site goes live. We will contact you before it ends about continuing. If you do not continue, your site may be switched off.

3. Your information

You confirm that the details you give are accurate and that you are allowed to manage the venue you register. We may decline or remove a listing that is inaccurate or misused.

4. Payments from players

Player payments go to your own GCash, Maya, bank or PayMongo account. CourtNest does not hold your players' money. Any booking fee agreed with CourtNest is billed to you separately.

5. Your account

Keep your admin password private. You are responsible for bookings, prices and decisions made in your admin.

6. Availability

We work to keep your site running at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes by email.
